Here are some answers to Frequently Asked Questions.
We do not have 12 people to train does that matter?
No it doesn't matter we will adjust the costing to suit the size of the group
Do you have a training venue?
Bartram Training currently does not have there own training venue however if you do not have space at your company then we have a few places that we can use at an extra cost.
Some of our staff are unable to bend down...
Some of our staff are unable to bend down or get on the floor can they still be first aiders?
We have no problem with the delegates completing the course however they would not be able to pass the criteria for an accredited course and would be issued with a certificate of attendance.
Some of our staff have learning difficulties...
Some of our staff have learning difficulties such as dyslexia and so have problems reading can they have assistance for the multi choice question paper?
Special consideration can be applied for, this could give the delegate extra time or even a person to read the question, the same as for GCSE's etc, we would just need to be notify at least a week before the course.
Is it possible to complete it over a number of weeks ?
Each course has an amount of hours and these can be done over different times and dates; they just have to be completed within 3 months.
